Two can play this game

In a galaxy very far away
Five light years apart from Brooklyn
Under the roof of agony
Lives a family of insects
Crawling on all fours,
Legs facing the ceiling
They suffer the most beautiful
Suffocating sweet death

The air they breathe is ending
Their hearts slowly stopping
Love lingers like a demon
Waiting to eat them alive
Right before the final moment
Each of them will burst into flames
Their fluids spread,
Dripping down to the earth.

An entire species with its very own universe
Lives with the intensity of a forest fire
Aware they will soon become extinct
And the world will not have noticed they existed.
